Statement from SVRDC Board of Directors:
As you may be aware, Pottstown Dance Theatre has terminated it's relationship with SVRDC; we are in the process of reorganizing and have been diligently looking at our next steps. We ask that you please be patient with us, and check back here for updates.
Mission Statement - Schuylkill Valley Regional Dance Company was founded in 1971 by Phyllis Dersh Rudzitis and is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization dedicated to promoting dance in the community. We provide many opportunities to dancers, ages 7 years and older, to experience on-stage shows. Our mission is to foster appreciation for all forms of dance through the joy and beauty of live performances, to give qualified dance students professional performance opportunities and to be a springboard for the highest expectations of dance and choreography.

**SVRDC Board Meetings are held on the third Sunday of the month at 7:00pm in the Green Room at the Hill School Center for the Arts and are open to all Company Members (parents for those under 18). The next meeting is January 20, 2013 at 7:00pm. Please join us!
SVRDC is currently looking for new individuals to join our board! If you are interested in helping to support this organization please fill out the following application form and e-mail it to us. eScrip Recycling Program:
This program is FREE and provides a convenient location for collecting laser, inkjet cartridges, used cell phones, iPods, laptops, digital cameras and GPS devices while raising funds for our company. How the program works: A collection bin, clearly marked and accessible during normal hours, is located at the entrance to Pottstown Dance Theatre. You can drop off your items whenever it's convenient for you. Periodically, our company will ship the items collected at our location to eScrip Recycling. They will then deposit funds electronically in our groups' account! Did you know that every second, nine inkjet cartridges are thrown away? Help us turn this waste into CASH! Please donate your cell phones, printer cartridges, and small electronics by placing them in our company's collection bin. Not only is this an easy way to raise funds, it also teaches our dancers valuable lessons about the variety of materials that can be recycled. This program cannot be successful without the support of the community and people like you. Thank you for your help in recycling!!
